Immigrate To Australia On Business Investment Visas

Immigrate to Australia with a Business Innovation and Investment visa
The Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) has five categories or streams. To be eligible for any of these visa streams sponsorship is required, but once an Australia permanent visa is obtained, you are an Australian permanent resident.
- Business innovation stream
Must demonstrate business and personal assets of AUD 1.25 million to be transferred to Australia and an ownership stake in 1 or 2 businesses that in the last 4 years had AUD 750,000 turnover in 2 of those 4 years.
- Investor stream
Must have business and personal assets of AUD 2.25 million and make a designated investment in Australia of AUD 1.5 million for 4 years.
- Significant Investor stream
Must make a complying investment of AUD 5 million in Australia for 4 years.
Immigrate to Australia with a Business Talent visa
The Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132) has two categories or streams. To be eligible for these visa streams sponsorship is required, but once an Australia permanent visa is obtained, you are an Australian permanent resident.
- Significant Business History stream
This visa is for experienced business owners to operate a new or existing business in Australia. To be invited to apply, you must have a net value of at least AUD 1.5 million (lawfully acquired). Also, an annual business turnover of at least AUD 3 million and total net assets of at least AUD 400,000 as the ownership interest in one or more qualifying business for at least two of the four fiscal years before you are invited.
- Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream
To be invited to apply for this visa, you must have funding of at least AUD 1 million from a member of the Australian Investment Council (AIC) and be nominated by an Australian state or territory government.
